All payments for single treatments must be made in full before the start of each session.
Preferred payment methods include internet bank transfers or cash, paid directly to the Practitioner.
If a client arrives late for an appointment, the treatment will still end at the scheduled time to ensure fairness to subsequent clients.
If the Practitioner is late, additional time will be added to the session or to a future appointment.
Treatments cancelled within 48 to 24 hours’ notice of the scheduled appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the treatment price.
Treatments cancelled within 24 hours notice or less of the scheduled appointment will be charged a fee of 100% of the treatment price.
No show – Failure to attend the scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the treatment price being charged.
Please note this cancellation policy also applies to bookings made when redeeming gift vouchers for treatments. All cancellation fees are to be paid via bank transfer to us by the date of the missed appointment.
